1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DuelX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Non-Custodial Platform

DuelX is a decentralized, non-custodial smart contract platform running on the Aptos blockchain. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals interact directly with on-chain smart contracts. You are entirely responsible for the security of your account and funds.

3. Dispute Resolution

All duels and wagers on DuelX are resolved via mutual on-chain consensus. If users cannot reach a consensus, the platform administrators may act as an arbitrator to resolve disputes. You agree that the administrator's decision is final and binding on the smart contract.

4. Assumption of Risk

Using blockchain technology and decentralized applications involves significant risks, including the potential loss of funds due to smart contract vulnerabilities, network outages, or user error. By using DuelX, you acknowledge and assume all such risks.

5. Platform Fees

DuelX charges a platform fee on the winning pot of settled duels. This fee is automatically deducted by the smart contract upon resolution. The current fee rate is hardcoded into the deployed Aptos Move module.
